The BMW M3 E46 CSL, the lightweight performance version of the popular E46 M3.

CSL stands for “Coupe Sport Lightweight”, or in German: “Coupé Sport Leichtbau” . Every BMW fan's dream car. Only 1400 of these are made.

One of the best M3 models ever, a whopping 100 kg loss (from the 1385 kg normal M3), an timeless design, an award winning naturally aspirated 360 hp 3.2L inline-6 which revs at 7,900 rpm, light weight materials, and hardcore near-slick tires wrapped around 19 inch wheels makes the M3 E46 one hell of a car!

This car deserves a place in the premium spot! Vote NOW!

All the professional car drivers (tiff needle, chris harris and even clarksson who doensn't like much BMW) say that it's one of the best cars ever made in it category until now!

Or maybe they already scanned it, along with the e30 but keep it for GT7, you'll never know ;) We also didn't seen the facebook leaks for GT7 for GT6. ;) Just hoping Kaz is bringing them in!

This is the ultimate M3. To me they just don't count unless they were powered by a N/A straight six, these were the best M3's.

If they do one M3 E46, it won't require much more modelling for the CSL and GTR.
You could say the same thing about a lot of cars, yet they are standard. Most of Skylines, most of RX-7s, there are also racing versions of the Supra while there are no premium road going cars, etc.
