You all want a good laugh... I called Xbox support yesterday regarding a problem redeeming a free points offer. I mentioned the code was a Forza 3 free points offer and this guy asked "Is that a racing game?" LOL, he works for Xbox support and was clueless about a platform exclusive title in addition to the recent hoopla of Forza 4. What rock did this guy just crawl out from under...
